Coach Development Pathway
- U7–U11: Foundation Course, Child Protection, Garda Vetted
- U13–U17: Progress to Award 1Y + all above requirements
- Coaches meet 3 times per year and are supported with equipment and training resources.
Player Pathway
We support our players through all stages: from fun and fundamental movement to tactical team play and skill refinement.
- U5–U7: Fun, agility, movement and ball skills
- U9–U11: Skill development and Go Games
- U13–U17: Team play, tactical awareness, performance and competition
Skill Challenges
Our players can progress through 4 levels of skill tests — including striking, lifting, catching, and shooting techniques.
